With food. With your own mind. And with the wildly underrated practice of unclenching your jaw and opening your heart.
The short version
I’m a nutrition and mindset guide for women (and the occasional very curious man) who are tired of being told that aches, fatigue, mood crashes, memory lapses, and “softening” are just what happens now.
Spoiler: they’re not. You don’t have to age the way the “they” say you do. Your body wants to feel good. Your job is to stop getting in its way.
How I got Here
From forever ago, I’ve immersed myself in knowledge about health and happiness. A few years back, it felt like my age was catching up to me. I thought fat, bloated, tired and achy was the new normal. Then I read “The Biology of Belief” by Bruce Lipton which led me to PSYCH-K and beyond. I started thinking differently. I started eating differently. The “inevitable” stuff … wasn’t inevitable. Once I figured this out for myself, I knew I had to share it.
What I actually do
Three things, mostly:
Food, real FOOD. Not a diet. Not a meal plan you’ll abandon by Thursday. A way of eating that’s anti-inflammatory, doable, and — this part matters — delicious. Because if you can’t see yourself doing it in a year, what’s the point.
Belief Transformation. This is the part that sounds woo until you try it. It’s a way of changing the beliefs running quietly in the background of your life — the ones telling you “this is just how I am now.” We work with your subconscious instead of against it. You leave a session feeling different. Not in a weird way. In a “oh, that’s lighter” way.
The art of unclenching. Stress is not a moral failing or a personality trait. It’s a thing that happens to your nervous system. There are real, learnable tools for getting out of fight-or-flight and back into your actual life. I teach those.
